|Turkish Cuisine Class 4rd session on Nov 22nd|
The fourth session of the Cooking class held on November 22nd, Saturday between 1-4 pm. The menu of the week was Flat Bread with Feta Cheese and Spinach, red lentil patties, cyprus pilaf and wet cake with figs. The instructors gave important tips about cooking the dishes in the menu. Ms. Duygu also showed how to decorate the wet cake with whip cream. The students and Raindrop volunteers enjoyed the delicious late lunch after the class time with warm and friendly converstaion.
