A vegetarian menu was taught at Turkish cuisine class in Memphis, TN

Raindrop Turkish House Women Association continues to offer its cuisine classes. The last class was held on Friday, April 5th, 2013 in Memphis, TN. Unlike prior classes today`s menu was vegetarian. The menu included: "Sarma"-Staffed grape leaves, Rolled cake with banana and salad "Gavurdagi". Attendees have learned how to cook those recipes and enjoyed to have dinner after class. We would like to thank all our cooks and participants for joning us.
